Managed Security
Our Luz Managed Security Service (LMSS) offering engages Luz as the primary or escalation partner for the client’s cybersecurity platforms and cloud subscriptions. These services are tailored to meet the client’s needs (specifically their roles and responsibilities) and monitor all enrolled devices, services, and endpoints.
Typical support agreements provide 24×7 security alert monitoring and incident remediation services that include authorized remote access to critical network elements as well as notification to designated contacts and stakeholders. The LMSS offering works well for clients who wish to offload cybersecurity monitoring, management, reporting, and adds/moves/changes for infrastructure they currently own or recently purchased.
LUZ Security as a Service
Our typical Security as a Service client is looking to dramatically increase cybersecurity capabilities in a specific way that is not currently supported in their environment or by their personnel. Many times, these clients see a benefit in combining their infrastructure and cloud subscription costs with tailored support into a multi-year agreement. Luz works with clients through planning and procurement as well as implementation, operation, and maintenance.
The benefits are often manifold, as the advanced technology required is procured and implemented by Luz as part of services on-ramping, thus shifting the often-prohibitive costs of next-generation acquisition from a CAPEX to an OPEX model.
LUZ Managed Infrastructure Services
Our typical managed infrastructure client has multiple sites and a blend of onsite and cloud critical services they wish to place under a Management Agreement. Sometimes the environments are not extremely complex, but the sheer size, coupled with the load of necessary administration tasks, has become a chore they no longer desire to handle alone. Luz is responsible for adds/moves/changes as approved by change control as well as monitoring, management, and reporting.
While these services are tailored somewhat depending on client needs and budget, they work best in environments with clearly defined roles and responsibilities as well as with clients who wish to normalize changes in their environment and have the peace of mind that comes from the absence of surprises across the critical infrastructure.
WAN and Carrier Services Management
Like our Managed Infrastructure offerings, our WAN management focuses on supporting the delivery of critical differentiated services over a wide area. Typically, these clients have multiple sites and own their own mission-critical solutions which are in high demand by their users or internal customers.
As the name implies, this service focuses on WAN remediation from the carrier edge, across your core, and down to the branch handoff at the closest. The services typically include carrier LOAs as well as SDN implementation, telework solutions, and any other service degradation planning required to ensure the availability of critical services. Ongoing support also focuses on traffic policing and prioritization to the switch port.
